Fond memories...

Isn't it funny how things stir up memories of the past? For me, these fisherman lanterns we have just had installed in our house remind me of living in England. The creme lantern was an 3rd anniversary gift! The Handsome Honey told me that he had bought me 'something electrical' - I was a little concerned that it might be an alarm clock or something boring! But I was thrilled when I saw it was the lantern I had admired in a Country Living magazine (my fav mag!) The silver lanterns were an IKEA purchase. Don't need to say much more than that... except that I miss IKEA!!!! So.... after being stuck in boxes for the last 5 years, my gorgeous lights are now up!
